About the Home
Wake up surrounded by red rock and endless sky! This cutie log cabin lodge holds 5 beds, 3 baths and is located outside of Monticello and about 45 minutes from Moab, close to Canyonlands, Arches, Dead Horse Point, Bears Ears, and the Abajo Mountains. Enjoy sweeping views, Indian Creek climbing, and peaceful desert sunsets & dark skies.
Tour Highlights:
- Hotel Pickup & Drop Off: Enjoy convenient round-trip transportation from a Salt Lake City accommodation (doesn't have to be a hotel idc) or SLC Airport (first come, first serve at no additional cost! please email after booking for a ride in Shadowfax!)
- Duration: 3 nights, 4 days so we have plenty of time to chase desert sunsets, wait for the stars to come out and enjoy time under dark skies. All meals and drinks included, other than alcohol.
- Small Group Size: Limited to ensure personalized attention and plenty of time for every camper to set up their perfect shots or just spend time under the stars.
- Photo tips from one of the most coolest astrophotographer/camp counselor of all time (it's a small list): We'll talk about exposure settings and tips to capture the milky way and other celestial objects.
Physical Activity Level: Moderate, pack comfy hiking shoes for grip on the Utah sandstone!
Weather: Expect days in the 80’s + 60’s at night (literally the best time of year to visit Moab)
