Monument Valley Timelapse
Roaming the highways and wilderness of the Navajo Nation is a life changing experience for so many. This road trip was where I realized my love of astrophotography. An uncharacteristically cold night in May of 2018, I remember having to nap and wake up at 3 AM because the milky way rises so late this early in the season. Having to wake up is the toughest part of astro, being able to just stay awake is so much easier.. getting up in the cold… now that’s a whole other story. The worst! But man it’s worth it every time. I’ll never forget standing here just in awe at the stars.
